How to book a trip

Booking a trip through our website is a breeze and just takes 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Choose Your Destination and Package

Browse our website and find the trip that you are interested in. 

If you have any questions or need help selecting a trip, you can always submit your questions through our inquiry form.

Step 2: Submit Booking Reservation

Once you have decided on a specific trip, go to our booking page by clicking on "Book Now" (located on the main navigation bar at the top of each webpage) and select the package, start date, number of nights and your personal information and then submit a reservation deposit with PayPal. Your booking reservation is typically between 15-20% of your total trip price. By submitting a booking reservation deposit, you are guaranteed a reserved spot for your chosen trip.

Step 3: Pay Balance and  Submit Arrival Info

Upon receiving your booking request, we will check to confirm that there is availability for the tour and dates that you have chosen. This process normally takes 1-2 business days.  

Once we confirm your booking you will receive an automated email, which confirms your booking and lets you know when your balance payment is due. Your balance payment is due 90 days before your start date. If you are booking a trip less than 90 days before your start date, your balance is due 5 days after we confirm your booking. 

You will also receive a helpful handbook which provides important pre-departure information such as:

  • Packing List
  • Visa and passport and vaccination information
  • Arriving at your destination
  • How to pay the remaining balance for your booking
  • Helpful travel tips and information regarding your destination


You will also receive a login name (which will be your email address) and a password so that you can log into our website and use our automated system to safely and securely submit:

  • The balance of your payment
  • Arrival information

Please note that we are able to confirm almost all bookings request since we update our availability regularly, but in the rare case that we are unable to confirm your booking, we will notify you and refund 100% of your reservation deposit within 2-5 business days.

Step 4: You're Done!

Once we receive your balance payment and your arrival information, you have completed the booking process. If at any point, you would like to change your booking or ask any questions prior to your departure, you can email our booking department at bookings@surfelements.com and we will gladly answer any questions that you may have.
